This 1969 Ford Mustang Mach 1 is finished Candyapple Red over black vinyl upholstery and is powered by a 428ci Cobra Jet V8 mated to a three-speed automatic transmission. Additional equipment includes a Rim-Blow wood rim steering wheel on a tilting column, a push-button radio, Mach 1 striping, a black-out hood treatment, a shaker hood scoop, front and rear spoilers, rear window louvers, tinted glass, power-assisted front disc brakes, and 15″ Magnum 500-style wheels. The car was built at Ford’s Dearborn, Michigan assembly facility in March 1969 and was acquired by the seller in 2019 following a refurbishment performed under previous ownership. This Mach 1 is now offered with an Elite Marti Report, a reproduction window sticker, refurbishment photos and records, and a clean South Carolina title in the seller’s name.

The car was repainted in its factory Candyapple Red with Mach 1 side and rear stripes as part of the aforementioned refurbishment performed under previous ownership. The 15″ Magnum 500-style wheels wear 235/60 front and 255/60 rear Cooper Cobra Radial G/T tires. Braking is handled by power-assisted front discs and rear drums, and the car is equipped with power steering.

The interior features high-back front bucket seats trimmed in black upholstery with red accents and a folding Sport Deck rear seat. Equipment includes a replacement push-button radio, lap belts, and a clock, as well as woodgrain trim on the dash, center console, and door panels. The seller states the removed AM radio is included with the sale.

The Rim-Blow steering wheel is mounted on a tilting column and fronts a 120-mph speedometer, an 8k-rpm tachometer, and auxiliary gauges for coolant temperature, voltage, and fuel level. The five-digit odometer indicates 67k miles, approximately 200 of which were added by the seller.

The R-code 428ci Cobra Jet V8 is topped with a Ram Air shaker-style hood scoop, and it was factory rated at 335 horsepower and 440 lb-ft of torque.
