Product description

The ToneFancier series of pedals are made with a stainless steel case. They and be powered by either a 9V battery or by and AC adaptor (sold separately, or you can use any power supply that's compatible with BOSS PSA pedals). Each pedal is made using German made WIMA capacitors which ensures a fast and very low loss signal transfer (not often seen in general effects pedals). Biyang also use only metal, dust proof sealed pots for long life. All pedals feature a True Bypass design making sure there is no loss of tone when the effect is off. Biyang are so confident in the quality of their pedals they offer a free 5 year warranty.
The CH-7 is an analog chorus pedal that uses an analog circuit design. The tone is clean, natural and warm. It also has a two-stage switch for speed control that makes it more widely adjustable.

Solido y bien construido. Sonido de chorus analógico clasico y calido, y va un poco mas allá con el conmutador de speed. Muy buen sonido y buen precio. No traia instrucciones, pero tampoco son muy necesarias

I have a number of Biyang pedals and they all perform well and appear to be robust.

5.0 out of 5 stars great pedal at a great price

Features: "Spread" dial (depth) , "Speed" dial (with fast/slowly toggle), and "Blend" dial (wet mix)

Build: jacks/foot switch/and dials all have a good sturdy feel to them. The case is all metal and should be very durable.

Sound: I opted for the version with the "blend" control instead of the tone control in its place, and im glad i did. With blend all the way up you can get that classic deep/detuned chorus sound and with the blend down you can dial in a barely noticable but texture adding chorus (which makes this pedal really versatile.) The rate dial goes from real slow to real fast and the spread dial goes from barely any to too much depth (altough not quite as deep as some pedals) it sounds great and I am glad i ordered it. i had never heard a biyang pedal before but now i can say this will stand up next to the boss chorus's (and beat em imo) any day. I say go for it

5.0 out of 5 stars The CE-2 reborn on a budget

I have an original MIJ silver screw CE-2 that I dearly love but I've always wanted a way to blend the level lower so the effect wouldn't be so dominant. For a long while I ran a second amp a la Gilmour and just ran the CE-2 on that amp but I got really tired of lugging two beasts around.
After a bit of research I figured I'd try out this pedal - for only $50 I figured I could use the case and switch for something else if it sucked.
BUT
It sounds *great*! I won't say it's identical to my CE-2 but it's so darn close that I couldn't tell in the mix. It is all analog with the same chipset as my CE-2 as well. With the mix I can dial it down to a nice low level that sits perfectly. I'd say that it has a bit more ultahigh end presence than my CE-2 but that's just probably the age of the components. It sounds lush and warm.
If you need chorus and don't want to get robbed this is a great deal. it's robust and well made - and for the price it is literally unbeatable.

3.0 out of 5 stars Good for the price

This is far from the tone, charity or versatility of a Boss CH1/CE5 but if you arent being a tone freak and just want to add a bit of character to your guitar, this pedal works well enough. I do like the large chicken head type knobs. They are easy to see and easy to nudge with a toe to adjust on the fly (mine is positioned at the top of my board and I dont turn it off.)
No noticable hum through my effects loop using Les Pauls, 335s or single coil Teles, even with the higher output super distortion humbuckers I have in some of my guitars.
