Running on Cargo

This piece was made as part of a sculpture course that I had a hard time appreciating at the time but looking back, is clear that I had learned so much about working in three dimensions.

To make this piece, I had to measure the dimensions of my skull and the various features of my face and make a technical drawing in half-scale. From the drawing, I used oil-based clay on a wood stand to recreate myself In half-scale.
