Shipping is free to the continental United States.
Please contact us if you would like us to ship elsewhere for a shipping quote.
Some Jumbo, Monumental, and Heroic sculptures may need a forklift or loading dock to successfully deliver.
Refunds and Returns
We are certain that you will by content and satisfied with your purchase. If you are dissatisfied for any reason, please let us know within 14 days of delivery, and we will gladly provide you with an RMA number to start the return process. You can reach us on the 'Contact Us' link below.
All returns must be assigned a Return Merchandise Authorization number.
Once your merchandise is returned and determined to be in new condition, we will process a full refund minus all accrued freight charges.
All sales are final on special order, jumbo, monumental, or heroic sculptures.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or the wrong item all together. We will make it right!
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or refunds on sale items or any jumbo, monumental, or heroic sized sculptures.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
